Service Rates :

• Standard Service - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, $250 (+tax) to come out, covers trip charge and first hour of service; $125/ hr after the first hour
• After Hours - Monday-Friday, 4:30pm-8:00am, all day Saturday and Sunday, $330.00 to come out, covers trip charge and 1st hr. of service. $165/hr after the first hour
• Ice Machine Cleaning - All units are sent through a timed cleaning cycle, twice. Unit is disassembled and all removable parts are washed. Ice bin is emptied and sanitized. Unit is then reassembled and sent through a timed sanitizing cycle. Condenser coil is brushed cleaned and water filter is replaced, if needed. Prices vary by unit size (Small, Medium & Large). $520-920 flat rate
• HVAC Preventative Maintenance Plan Silver - Replace filters in up to 3 units (up to 6 filters) and provide written recommendations. $275 flat rate 
• HVAC Preventative Maintenance Plan Gold - Replace all filters and belts up to 3 units (up to 6 filters & 3 belts), inspect condenser coil and provide written recommendations.  $400 flat rate 
• HVAC Preventative Maintenance Plan Platinum - Replace all filters and belts up to 3 units (up to 6 filters & 3 belts); chemically clean condenser coil; provide video inspection of all wiring and electrical components; inspect capacitors and all safety switches; grease motor bearings and provide written recommendations. $720 flat rate 
• Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Service Plan #1 Gold - Chemically clean refrigeration coils (up to 6 units), inspect all electrical components and door gaskets and provide written recommendations. $425
• Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Service Plan #2 Silver - Chemically clean refrigeration coils (up to 12 units), inspect all electrical components and door gaskets and provide written recommendations. $650
• Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Service Plan #3 Platinum - Chemically clean refrigeration coils (up to 24 units), inspect all electrical components and door gaskets and provide written recommendations. $875
